Shipping information

If the order is in stock, it will usually be shipped within a day or two. Every piece is handmade in the workshop by Karen herself. If an item is not in stock, the delivery time will reflect this, depending on busy periods. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact Karen to discuss the deadline and options for an express order.

Returns & Refunds

The jewellery is handmade and might vary slightly in size and color. If there is a fault in our production, we will of course make you a new piece. If the fault is caused by damage or wearing by the customer, we are not responsible for this. Feel free to contact us with any question, we are happy to help you restore your piece to its original state. We evaluate every case individually. Contact us for questions at +47 95742236.
